Engaging the people of the Vale of Glamorgan and Tororo, Uganda, to learn and share through an active community partnership.

Why Tororo?
Tororo is a region of Uganda that has been identified as having a comparable mixture of agricultural and urban life.  The people have similar needs to those in the Vale in terms of education healthcare and access to services. However in Tororo district access to these services is often limited, at times impossible, something that we in the Vale can take for granted.

What is Vale for Africa trying to achieve?
V4A aims to improve the education, healthcare and economy of the Tororo district by establishing proactive partnerships between Vale businesses and individual skills sets, and their counterparts in Uganda.

How is Vale for Africa trying to achieve these goals?
A network of people with their nucleus in the vale who can use their knowledge and skills to partner with people and communities in Tororo to have a long term relationship that builds expertise and capability.
